About Valentris

Low-stress transfection that lets cells focus on their work.

Valentris develops hybrid lipid nanoparticle reagents that deliver mRNA, self-amplifying RNA and plasmid DNA into hard-to-transfect cells, with much more expression and no change to your workflow.

Why we built it

Transfection is the bottleneck.

Induced pluripotent stem cells are notoriously hard to transfect. Lipid reagents give low efficiency, electroporation needs dedicated instruments and costs cells, and transfection stress can trigger unwanted differentiation.

In transient protein production, transfection efficiency caps yield, and every fold of improvement is direct value.

We built Valentrifect™ to give researchers and production teams a measurable gain without new instruments or new protocols: the same workflow, with much more expression.

Our reagents are made for research use, so they can be evaluated at the bench and adopted on the strength of your own results.

The technology

A proprietary lipid, a gentle formulation.

Our platform was invented by our founders at Georgia Tech. At its core is a novel in-house lipid that improves nucleic acid condensation, cell uptake and endosomal escape.

The same hybrid lipid nanoparticles deliver mRNA, self-amplifying RNA and plasmid DNA, and are designed for low cellular stress so sensitive cells stay healthy.

Reagents are made by ethanol injection and microfluidic mixing, the industry-standard LNP methods, giving reproducible batches at about 80 nm.

They are stable at room temperature for more than two weeks and at 4 °C for a year.
